I’m a bookkeeper with hands-on experience supporting small businesses and nonprofits across many industries. I help owners keep accurate records, stay organized, and clearly understand how their business is performing.
My work covers day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payroll support, financial reporting, and cleaning up messy books. I enjoy tracking down discrepancies and turning complicated numbers into clear, useful reports.

Common questions
What accounting software do you work with?
We work in QuickBooks Online and use Gusto for payroll. If you use something else, get in touch and we'll talk it through.
Do you do taxes?
We handle Washington B&O tax, sales tax tracking, and 1099 and W-2 filings. For your income tax return, we prepare clean, tax-ready books and work directly with your CPA.
I am behind on my books. Can you help?
Yes. Our catch-up service gets past months recorded and reconciled so you can start fresh.
Is my financial information secure?
Your privacy and confidentiality are a priority. I request only the information needed to manage your bookkeeping and use client-approved methods to exchange financial documents.
When bank access is needed, I request a separate, read-only login whenever available, so you never need to share your personal banking password. Your financial information is kept confidential and shared only with your authorization or as required by law.
